May 23,2026. Pruth Bay to Shearwater

Got underway at 7:30 sharp this morning. All three of us.

Here’s a sweet spot we stopped to fish.

Had a lovely cruise to Shearwater Marina, just across from Bella Bella. Light rain and light wind.

Just as we got to the Marina the wind and rain let loose. Incredible gusts.

Got gas and settled in to our dock space. I did laundry and showered while Chris charted out the course for tomorrow to Khutze Inlet. We’ll be spending the next three nights at anchor as we continue north.

Dinner at the restaurant here at the marina with the gang.
