Great news! I’m heading back to Japan for a nice long visit. Yea! I leave next week and can hardly wait.

Chris has some great trips planned for us. Three days after I get there we’re headed for Sapporo for their Winter Snow Festival. Here we’ll see amazing ice sculptures and lots of snow I hope. Then a few weeks later we’re off to Thailand for some sailing and snorkeling around the islands off of Phuket.

So happy for you Gwen! We will have to get together after you get back to get caught up. I’ve been missing getting together with you and Chris for a microbrew. Have a great adventure in Japan and Thailand and I’m looking forward to some serious blogging!!!

Thanks Leslie. I was just at Pizza Port in OB and they had 2 “Japanese” beers on tap, one with sake. They were both really good. Unfortunately, not anything we’d find in Japan.
